What is vocal fry? ASU linguistics professor explains

When you're having a conversation or even listening to someone on the radio, have you ever judged that person by his or her voice? Studies suggest that two-thirds of young women use something called vocal fry.

Matthew Prior, assistant professor of applied linguistics at ASU explains the term.
