Downie weighs in on Intelligence Authorization Act

"The Washington Post" recently published an opinion piece by Leonard Downie, Jr., professor in the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He writes that the 2013 Intelligence Authorization Act, which is pending before the Senate, is a classic case of overkill and would have an adverse affect on national security and intelligence activities.
