Posted: Jan 24, 2010 | 4 min 21 sec

ASU students had the opportunity to showcase all that is green at ASU last fall at the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo in Phoenix. Not to be outdone by headlining guests and celebrities such as Al Gore and singer/songwriter Sheryl Crow, the students created a great deal of buzz with their highly unique "Media Forest" display booth that became just one of four vendors – out of 1,800 – to win a Greenbuild Leader Award for sustainable practices.

Take a look at how the Media Forest was created and transported to the conference as well as examples of how ASU students are advancing sustainability in their communities around the world.
