Pendergraph, Devils prep for Washington schools

Senior forward Jeff Pendergraph is ready to get back on the court for a pair of games against the Washington schools.

ASU meets the Cougars Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. and then plays the first-place Huskies at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 31.

Pendergraph spoke about the upcoming games in his regular meeting with the local news media.

Pendergraph is averaging 13.6 points per game and shooting 67.5 percent, tops in the Pac-10 and fourth in the nation. He is one of three Sun Devils averaging double figures, including James Harden (22 per game, which leads the Pac-10) and Rihards Kuksiks (10.6 points per game, tops in the nation at 48.6 three-point percentage).
