Get a flu shot in October

September 20, 2012

The Wellness group in the Office of Human Resources is offering free flu shot clinics on all four campuses in early October for benefits-eligible faculty and staff. Non-benefits-eligible employees can receive a flu shot for $20. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis for as long as the supply lasts.

Don’t forget to fill out and print the Vaccine Release Form and read the Vaccine Information Statement online.
