Editor's Note: This video is the second part of a two-part series.

A panel of experts gathered April 26, in Tucson, for a forum on how Arizona can compete economically, particularly in terms of job growth, educational training, and the state's potential in the aerospace and defense industry.

The panelists included Mitzi Montoya, head of ASU's College of Technology and Innovation at the Polytechnic campus and the Aerospace & Defense Collaboratory; Jeff Goldberg, dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Arizona; Jim Wolf, vice president of business development at Raytheon Missile Systems; Scott Still, president and CEO of Sargent Aerospace & Defense; Bill Harris, president and CEO of Science Foundation Arizona; the Honorable Scott Smith, mayor of Mesa and head of authority for Arizona Labs; and Tom Browning, Brigadier General, U.S. Air Force (Ret.).

This video provides a glimpse of the thought-provoking discussion.
