Karl Jacoby talks to a group of Apaches from San Carlos, Ariz., and American Indian Studies students from ASU who toured an exhibit at the Heard Museum, titled "Beyond Geronimo." Jacoby, who is a professor at Brown University, was discussing his book, "Shadows at Dawn, An Apache Massacre and the Violence of History," as part of his visit to ASU. The professor also discussed historical research methods at the Labriola Center and with the faculty of the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies and the School of Transborder Studies.
