Jeff Jarvis to conduct book signing at Cronkite School

Jeff Jarvis, author of “What Would Google Do?” will hold a book signing at ASU’s Downtown Phoenix campus at 5:30 p.m., Jan. 4, in the Marguerite and Jack Clifford Gallery of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, 555 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ, 85004.

Jarvis, director of the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism for City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism, will sign his latest book, “Public Parts: How Sharing in the Digital Age Improves the Way We Work and Live.”

Jarvis blogs about and discusses journalism, the business of media and technology at Buzzmachine.com. Previously Jarvis was founding editor of Entertainment Weekly; Sunday editor and associate publisher of the New York Daily News; a columnist for the San Francisco Examiner; and president of Advance.net, the online arm of Advance Publications.
