Pi versus Tau, which is better?

There is a debate going on in the mathematical world about replacing the familiar Pi with Tau as a constant. Most everyone remembers Pi as being 3.14 and so on and Tau is twice Pi.

So we asked Wayne Raskind, the director of the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences what the debate is about.
