Wellness Fair: Start the new year off right

Start the new year and semester off with a health and fitness extravaganza.

The faculty-staff wellness fair will feature health and fitness screenings; an array of vendors giving out product and information; and a variety of demonstrations and some great fitness give-aways. 

Some of the health screenings include: diabetes, bone density, skin analysis, blood pressure, cholesterol, spinal scans, oral/mouth, acupuncture and body mass index. Please bring your ASU ID for the screening.

Vendors such as Whole Foods and Activate will be giving away healthy products. Information will be distributed on an assortment of topics including smoking cessation, psycho-education and personal training. 

Every 20 minutes SRC memberships and/or programs and services will be given away to Wellness Fair participants.  There will be various demonstrations in areas of mind/body, fitness classes, self-defense and instructional programs.
