Thumbs were at the ready in anticipation, as the second night of 2010 Academic Bowl competition resumed. The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Maroon Team met the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Gold Team early in the evening. The final round of the 2010 Academic Bowl moved from the Memorial Union’s Pima Auditorium to the KAET studio on the Downtown Phoenix campus. The Gold team from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences hoist the President’s Cup trophy in victory. It took a seventh match as a tie breaker, but the CLAS Gold team prevailed in the 2010 Academic Bowl.
