The Nutrition unit in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation is looking for volunteers to participate in a 12-week study that will look at the effect tart cherry juice has on lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

To be eligible, you must be more than 18 years of age, have a body mass index of more than 25, and be able to participate in the entire duration of the study. As part of the study, blood will be drawn and dietary questionnaires must be completed. Gift cards will be given with each blood draw.
