Clorinda Schenck, a student in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program, received a Scholar Award from the Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) for the 2009-2010 academic year.  The award recognizes the academic achievements of women who are in the final stages of their graduate training. Following an extensive nomination process conducted by the local PEO chapter, Clorinda received the award from the national organization that recognized students across the nation and Canada. Clorinda will spend the 2009-2010 academic year as a psychology intern at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
