Civil rights leaders inspire community dialogue in Phoenix

Rev. Al Sharpton joined other civil rights leaders in an interactive community discussion during a Civil Rights Forum on Oct. 16 hosted by ASU's Center for Community Development and Civil Rights.

Hosted by internationally recognized civil rights leader Raul Yzaguirre, the forum also included Rep. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Phoenix). It was the seventh in a lecture series featuring the nation's most widely recognized figures in contemporary civil rights issues.

The event took place in the A.E. England Building at Civic Space Park in Phoenix.
