    Julie Cart, Los Angeles Times reporter and alumni of ASU’s journalism program, spoke to students at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus, Sept. 28. Cart, along with Los Angeles Times reporter Betina Boxall won the Pulizter Prize in 2009 for explanatory reporting for their five part series; "The Big Burn," which explored in depth the cost and effectiveness of attempts to combat the growing menace of wildfires across the western United States.
