A transgenerational toilet design by an ASU Herberger Institute School of Design Innovation team is featured in the News & Trends section of the June 2009 print edition of engine magazine; the English-learning magazine for German-speaking engineers. The Go With the Flo™ design team was led by John Takamura, assistant professor of industrial design; and includes Dosun Shin, fellow industrial design assistant professor, and Tamara Christensen and Dean Bacalzo, Master of Science in Design students.
